A friend of mine who bought a one bedroom apartment during the last market crash lives off of his military pension of 100% disability. With his mortgage paid off his annual costs are about $35K from his building. No car required and plenty of entertainment and food options within a 15 minute walk of his abode. He lives comfortably on $80K a year which is tax free. |

Grew up in Brooklyn , NYC 5 Boro’s have completed the transition into a third world nation. Completely over rated major industries remain.( Finance, Legal , Shipping ) Maintain small offices in Wall Street For industry credibility . |

Fully Agree…….. And a housing market crash in Manhattan will never ever ever ever happen and here’s why…. Manhattan will always be a repository for a stay of wealth for international investors/Billionaires. Trying to shield their assetts from unstable countries / economies the US is likely the only nation who will never arbitrarily cease your assetts. Hence Manhattans Skyline with towering buildings filled with empty multi million dollar Condos/co ops …. That said when you walk the streets of that same Borough it’s still a scene from Back Hawk Down …… |
