Many Of the carding issues causative in the EO aren’t pilots. It’s about taking 15 years to card an Aviation Branch Director or Ops Chief. Faster to go to med school and residency. It’s not sustainable and many of the original IC and OPs Chiefs were grandfathered in. Now dying or retiring and they can’t be replaced. |
