My company is requiring us to travel to HQ for an all day meeting. They will not pay drive time, only mileage. For some of us, it’s a four hour drive each way. Is it even legal to require you to attend something but won’t pay you to get there? |

Oh…sorry… i wasn’t asking about MY contract. I was asking about OP’s contract. Also, I don’t have a shop steward. I generally know where to look in the CBA, and if I still have a question, I just call our Contract Admin/Compliance office. |
