Transfer pumps ???

If you’re implying the pilot didn’t turn the fuel transfer pumps on there would more than fuel transfer pump lights on the CAD. Fuel quantity indication in the supply tanks would show low, there eventually would be a low fuel light with the associated audio gong prior to an engine flameout followed by the second engine flameout.
