I remember when they first installed cameras in the 92's. The pilots were so against it, they would smear vaseline all over the lense. Then the software on download would flag the camera as being blurry. And I'd have to go out to see why it's blurry. And sure enough.....some jacka-ss sabotaged the aircraft. That's correct. That is the true definition of sabotage..... SO I had to get my clean on and solvent and sometimes that wouldn't work and we'd have to order a whole new camera.
Not even a slap on the wrist, not even an investigation into who done' it. PILOTS ....like most women, not accountable.
BUT ME, yeah, I have a signed derogatory in my file for ATTEMPTED SABOTAGE from the same fu-ckin company for removing two pieces of black tape off of a tailboom on a newly acquired 76 that had just entered the hangar from a ferry flight down from KEYSTONE that had zero paint...bare metal and bare kevlar, bare carbonfiber....with black tape for an N-Number. I pulled the tape off of a parked airframe in a hangar, from the N that started the N-number.....and reattached the same tape in a fashion to turn the N in to a Z, starting the N-number as a joke. And the wrong a-sshat happened to pass by the aircraft saw my handywork....and through the book at me.
Yeah, complete bulls-hit. Fu-ck that company. Powered by Froala Editor |
