They're advertising 75% reduction in operator cost (fuel and mx).

Greater useful load (no need to burn off fuel and you can always accept a fat patient plus a family member).

Similar pax cabin area to an EC135, so medcrews will start making a pitch to ditch those 206s/407s.

Similar range to helicopter (granted, will have re-charging time to consider instead of refuel and off to next-mission).

Multiple engine redundancy.

About 15% quieter.
