My insurance rates went up 30%.


My insurance rates went up 30%.


I contacted my insurance company and then informed me that I had a moving violation in July 18th of last year. 

They said it was an illegal lane change caught by a camera.

There any problem with all that is that I was out of the country during that time.

And I cannot get it removed from my record.
