A) Private companies are not subject to the 4th or 14th amendments. Only the government in all its forms. Mostly law enforcement.

B) The standard applied in most courts and upheld in case law across the land is that you have no expectation of privacy in public places with some exceptions like say a publicly owned restroom.

 No then, there are loads of exceptions to the exact wording of both amendments in practical application.
