Until they suddenly decide something like a religions or lifestyle is illegal. Some crazy guy in charge says “it’s illegal to be gehy” and they instantly know everyone who is guilty. It has full databases of every person already built and there exact location. It really makes it easy to sweep in and snatch people. This is the new Spooks for our generation.
