Illegal search just like the patriot act allowed data that you transmit electronically to be intercepted and queried. Snowden exposed them and fled to Russia. Because it also exposed lawmakers. If a judge doesn't explicitly sighn a warrant to search someone or surveille someone it is an illegal search. In direct violation of the Fourth amendment to the United States Constitution.

Its not that difficult to understand.
