but they probably won't...i worked at PHI AMG for 15yrs flying SPIFR, interviewed with them for a float job...their starting pay was way less than what PHI Paid.  HR  said I can definitely ask for more money than what their starting was.  I did right there when I got their offer...The CP said, "nope that is what we start our new pilots at"....I said Ok...thanks for your time...bye...I think in the very close near future you will start to see GMR matching pay from other companies if they pay more...
