You guys really don't make enough anymore.  I mean with the s-hit maintenance going on lately.  Just watch the news.  Every day there's a plane falling from the sky, or on fire, or a heli crashing....hard.  

It's not the same level of quality control and not the same caliber of Mx techs running around anymore.  The industry is in a death spiral. New blood is not filling the empty shoes fast enough from the grizzled old guys leaving, retiring, saying fk it.  The work required has always lagged the pay expected....but here lately with the inflation through the roof and no one can afford groceries.....yeah.  Good luck keeping everything flying.

Those reasons, Part of why I popped smoke when I did.
