Has the FAA approved drone flight in Class B airspace?

Has the FAA streamlined the approval process for no notice spur of the monment drone flights the ENG sometimes demands?

What exactly is the airspace classification of those city trial flights?

I don't know the answer to these questions BUT the blanket announcement of flights over cities and testing begs for specific answers to specific questions AND regulatory FARs (currenty in approval) to back up claims (one off special approvals do not apply) ALSO we all know that try as they might, cities DONT HAVE AUTHORITY OVER THE AIRSPACE ABOVE THEM!
