Med Trans (another GMR company), is about to lose pilots if they don't open the check book soon. Pilots are not happy with their pay compared to the competition. The three year bonus cannot compete with higher pay at other companies who also has a sign on and longevity bonus. Base pay needs to increase for all pilots, especially IP's and floats. Travel pay needs to be at 1.5 like some of the other companies under the GMR umbrella. Don't get me wrong Med Trans is a great company but management seem to be penny wise and dollar foolish. Little things like paying for pilot boots etc would go a long way. The covid facial hair policy is also in need of an update, at least two guy have left over that.
