Entire industry is a joke   

Our medical standards and approved medication is practically still the same as it was in the 70s, towers are part time due to shortages, accident rate hasn’t changed, training standards change but they just throw it in a slideshow or gloss over it because initial and recurrent training gets reduced by a day every year. Most older pilots can’t use most of the new equipment, shortages of pilots has us all working OT and getting fatigued.

Entire industry is stagnant and limping because of the “Good ol boy” and “army strong”  mentality rather than employing real change. Management gets filled with Yes-Men and it’s why nothing improves.
