Still “Good-ole-boys” in charge who want to do everything the army way. Learning styles, crew resources, technology management, scenario based training? 

Nahh, let’s keep the 70 year old guys who still think asking for help is weakness. But when you have the elderly hiring the elderly the industry won’t change. Accident rates still going strong? Better change nothing and hope for the best
