supplement the $40k retention paid after 3yrs if that is what you are asking...it is a Bonus add on...no big deal...you won't be rich off of it....people were panicking when they heard that, it might supplement the $40k or $50k (now after you get your 1st Retention)...It won't....too many people would jump ship |
