Don't make this decision lightly.

If the base you're eyeing is amazing, you've visited it, good enough management, crew, etc., it's close to family, etc. then you'll probably be fine if it's better than monotonous Rucker.

If hoping to do it for a little more cash than Rucker, then good luck. You may wish you were back there for "good enough" pay without all the stress/frustration/work/risks/changes of HAA life.

You have it pretty good at Rucker if you can find a way to disregard the silliness.
