Air Methods Overtime  

So your relief pilots don't get it until they have worked 2190 hours???  What happens when they finally hit 2190 hours and the incentive is no longer there?  Doesn't seem like much "incentive."  Is the relief pilot gig that good that it makes sense to be one?



GMR is currently paying the permanant stipend of $300/ day to any pilot who works and extra shift PLUS the additional $300/ day for the extra incentive and $50 per day per diem.  Joe Average pilot is making about $1480 per shift right now and any guy who has a GEO mod is making stupid $$ (around $1800 per day average) to cover open shifts.
