It is temporary incentive.

  • $250 CBA incentive: relief pilots are eligible for this incentive upon reaching 2190 hours
  • $250 Summer incentive
  • $500 Ad hoc Shift incentive for any open pilot shift (from July 21 – September 5, 2026)
