I actually talked with them at KMRN last week. They were recharging off a Tesla truck Their goal is to get advanced care to the patient as soon as possible. EMS ground units are spread out in tharea so response times can be long. This just gets someone to the scene quicker. It's way more cost effective and helicopters aren't usually dispatched as the first response anyway. |
