Not only that, the Work load over at G town is so stupid they are letting my replacement come in as a Mechanic on OT, and he don't even have an A&P, ....or can even reliably fix anything avionics related for that matter.  But he's a warm and willing body and that's what PHI has always placed before skills knowledge and experience......Numbers.  Throw enough cannon fodder at Tumbletown and eventually one of them Berserker Northmen will get over the wall and kill the lot and open the gates.

PHI Brute force the fix.  Sometimes it works.....and sometimes it don't ....that's when they send the Aircraft they been fighting for months over to Galveston because they knew they could count on the guru to get it fixed......but the guru is gone.....he spends his days wrenching on his own paramotor prototype smoke system and helps his paramotor friends at the flying field tune their engine carbs to optimal summer settings.
