I’m ready to move to the next chapter and seeking a company that will start me at $75 an hour, $100k hiring bonus, 30% geo mod, $7.5k IFR stipend, base retention of $5k every 6 months, $750 per shift work over stipend and double time for work overs I know what I bring to the table, no low ballers….
