It will trickle down to the rest of us...though a misleading email, it is mostly designed for those Hard to fill locations that have had YEARS of open spots...yep, NM, TX etc...They will offer the pilots that are there full time, every 6mo a good size bonus....and those signed on will get a HUGE sign on that will be paid out over 1-2yrs...I hope it isn't like what PHI is doing, because what they are doing is misleading and have to pay it back if they leave before their 3-5yr agreement.  eventually we are all gypsy's so yeah, if you want to leave, you can...no matter where you go, SAME JOB, Different flight suit...nothing is different in HEMS
