it certainly isn’t a raise so they can’t hide something they never gave you in the first place . it also is not arguable that it can be taken away as it most certainly could stop anytime. amc does have in their contract experience bonuses must continue for the life of the contract. they also have guaranteed 4% pay raises. but I was told it was such a bad contract?
