None of these health issues were around when my Dad was getting old, or my Grandpaw, or his Grandpa, .....

Maybe people are just unhealthy lazy overweight walruses. 

Go outside, get a hobby, do something strenuous for a change, take up windsurfing.....I promise you will sleep like a baby and won't need that BS.
