Big fat bird hits Horizontal stab near winglet, causes T-boom to snap off 13 inches from attachment ring, That force sends rotor disk 90 degrees from direction of flight in the vertical axis.  The enormous aerodynamic forces on spinning rotor disk acting like a drag chute rip the entire roof deck, xmsn, head, main rotor system off in one solid piece.  The rest is history.
