Well, it is not a payscale like PHI, Bristow, AIr Methods, GMR, etc. that's for sure but there is a hiring scale.  You can go years and never get a raise at RLC, that's just one of the big reasons why it is a revolving door there and that is why it is not a good place to work.  You go there to build hours in order to do something much better somewhere else.
