At least at Med-Trans, it's kinda hard to take the policy seriously when the COO, DO, CP and almost all of the IPs have goatees or full beards.  They make you sign a policy statement when you're hired, but I've been in Denton with facial hair and not one word was said to me...so it is what it is but at least at MTC I don't think it's high on the list of priorities.  YMMV.
