I am an experienced helicopter pilot. I am just what you're looking for. I have 10 years of HAA experience in light twins. Over 800 hours of NVG time.

These are my absolute minimum demands to hire me. I am not alone. You want professionals, then you'll have to pay them to stay.

$150k a year to start with 5% annual increases

10% match paid into 401K.

4 weeks vacation.

100% paid medical insurance

These are not unreasonable demands for experienced professionals in 2026. Anybody who scoffs at these demands deserves to die poor and penniless.
