Some GMR bases are pushing the no beard policy and others don't seem to care. 

A few pilots are about to walk and take that offer across the road, where facial hair is not an issue. 

Some butt hurt pilots are crying because they got a letter in thier file and others haven't. 

Many med crew have megga beards and the hospitals don't seem to care. 

Management should take care of this before guys start walking.
