Doesn’t really matter who you go with. They will legally represent you for a small fee (that fee will be far less than the raise and benefits they negotiate for you). You, the employee are actually the union, you elect your colleagues to lead your union. The “Union” you choose are the lawyers who fight the legal battles for your group.
