AEL offering almost $110K now because enough pilots have walked.

Not sure what AMC offering now. Union shot themselves in the foot.

Take control of your destiny. Don't be afraid to offer a better number or vote with your feet.

And stop taking all those OT shifts or accepting 2nd aircraft changes (changes to your working conditions without adequate compensation).
