So tell me, do you think you should be paid more?  Do you think your employer would voluntarily increase your base pay by let’s say, $12000. annually?  Airlines have structured pay schedules and strong unions to negotiate on the members behalf.  Your industry has no strong union, no collective bargaining power to negotiate for the members.  You have no solidarity.  You will never reach your maximum earning potential until you collectively step up to the plate and be recognized as professionals.  So take your inflated salary survey, put it in a frame, and hang it on your wall for all to see.
