They're going to issue iPads with ADS-B-in sometime this year that will be completely fielded by next year, then there's some plan to have it displayed on actual cockpit flight displays in the following years.

So go your tax dollars.

I have plenty of thoughts about this, but we all know there are plenty of self-induced, seemingly permanent pieces of swiss cheese by multiple parties that led us here.
