Hi Say,

1st: Thank you for your contribution. I've spoken to HR and a recruiter before and got answers such as: "You get a raise every year!" and "You get PTO and Sick Time!" when pressed for specifics I didn't get straight answers. 

2nd: Although helicopter pilots aren't always the nicest to other helicopter pilots I've always been thankful for all the help I've received over the years here at JH.

3rd: I've only got so many more working years so I'm trying to be as informed as possible before I decide to pull the trigger and jump ship. I've been on the PHI ship for a while hoping things will turn around but alas, here we are.
