It’s more like a 3% annual salary increase. Retention bonuses have yet to be paid…..wouldn’t plan on spending that money just yet. I know pilots (less hours and no ems experience) that have hired into VFR programs with higher starting salaries than pilots that have been with the company over 5 years. Not complaining because I’m at a location close to family which is better for home life.
