Med-Trans/GMR sent out an email that they are currently adjusting PTO accruals. All I know is they are increasing accrual rates across the board and currently giving everyone an extra chunk of PTO hours at the end of the quarter while they finalize the plan. I can't speak to all the accrual rates but I'm at 12 years and accrue 200 hours a year or 7.69 hours a paycheck. The maximum you can carry is 240 and you can cash out PTO as often as you want. |
