the Railroad Labor Act isn't necessarily for Aviation...Companies Choose to follow it to get away from paying extra time or OT over 40hrs...PHI is one company that has openly admitted to this...If you work for GMR or MTC you would have read the letter with them stating that they are no longer going by those standards...Not every aviation company follows it...and in most cases it is a state by state basis...soooo that being said prove me wrong they have to follow it couch cowboy...Pretty sure the Attorneys went over the rules
