Med Trans Float Pilot

Med Trans pilots join the rest of the GMR pilots with getting OT for hours over 40 in a work week.

With a Thursday start you work 4 days (4X12=48) in the one week, and three days in the following week (3X12=36). That allows 8 hours of OT at 1.5 pay in the first week. Thanks GMR.

Previously if you worked an 8th day you got 12 hours of OT at 1.5

I guess now that 8th day will get you 4 hours of straight time and 8 hours of OT, as it falls in the 36 hour week. Can anyone confirm this?

Any other Pro's/Con's to the new OT policy?
