MTC Float Pilots

MTC announced that float pilots will finally get OT for hours over 40 in a work week similiar to what line pilots have been getting for a while now. Those with a Thursday start will have  the 84 hour work period divided into 48 hours in the first and 36 in the second weeks.That 48 hour period will earn 8 hours of 1.5 OT. 

Only downside I see is that picking up an additional day at the end of a hitch may not get 12 hours of OT as it will be in the 36 hour week, so will mean 4 hours of straight time before the 1.5 OT kicks in. 

I'm wondering if training or travel time with be at straight time or 1.5?
