No need for hotels, alcohol tab, airline travel, per diem, OT pay or bonuses, duty day restrictions, recurrent training, hard-to-find pilots with long-line skills/certification, need for breaks, or pilots complaining about anything... 

Oh, and greater safety (way less risk of a mishap due to repetitive situational awareness fatigue and if something does happen there's no stopped work due to funerals, lawsuits, finding a new pilot who's trained, etc).
