There is a considerable lack of skills and knowledge within this industry now.
It seems like these ems companies are just scraping the bottom of the barrel, both from a training standpoint and from an employee standpoint.
But then again, I look at the fire season I was on, I'm judging by some of the long line skills, the people on the dipsite sight, we're not much better.
