Excellent legal advice from an idiot. Lawyer go through the records and verify logbook entries unlike the FAA that takes your word for it. A pilot has left a paper trail from the first medical application to company flight records. They don't need you to "give" it to them. You really should get out more if you are going to offer free "legal" advice,
