Visited the Gulf of Mexico platform where my first off-shore mechanic had been reassigned. He told us that he's seen their aircraft fall by the gally window after a storm a couple weeks before. I asked why it wasn't tied down?

It had been- the wind pulled the tie-downs out of the deck.
