Yes we do, $10k. You get 5k after they pass the checkride abd the other 5k if they make it 6 months. Thats why you’ll see guys posting on Facebook the job openings and wanting you to DM so they make sure you put their name down. Of course once that started all my aviation friends were already on to their next jobs so I missed out being able to refer a bunch of pilots.
