I haven’t heard of any salary cap for MTC pilots.  Just keeps going up and up.  And yes the 3yr $40k will be paid out. And it goes up after that to $50k after that next 3yrs.  I should be getting it first pay period in Jan and they have made like 3 announcements about to to the Debbie Downer.
