Not necessarily the sector, but the company a pilot works for. New hires at our company start PTO accrual at 189 hrs/yr. Increases after three years and certain tenure points thereafter. Max in the bank is 324 [I think] and can either sell back a bunch annually or you don't want to sell back, the excess of the maximum will be paid out quarterly. Probably not the best in the sector, but not the worst, either. All depends on the company.
