An EC-135 FCDS to an EC-145 FCDS, then not much.  The Fenestron, tail-boom, aircraft size, dual auto-flight in the 145, engines [if P&W in the 135], and performance tend to stand out as any notable differences.

Should take you about 12 minutes and 42 seconds to feel comfortable...Have Fun!
