Original Message The point is- instead of offering the incentive pay - Pay a higher base salary all around and you won't have the open shift. Another point- If you paid a higher rate you might get pilots that are more professional in manner and willing to be better employees to the company. Just a different way of looking at things, instead of saying you make 130K a year and don't want to work anymore. That's great that being in a HAA career for 20 plus years has you pay at that rate. But with the current situation you should be around 160-200K year with all that experience.
Instead of all the pilots only going out for whats best them, maybe as a community we should raise all boats and make it a better Career and better Industry. |
